Before joining Coldwell Banker he opened his own real estate firm with over 240 agents who specialized in residential, commercial and income properties. Becoming one of the highest producing offices at that time. Over the years his close networking relationships with builders, contractors and developers is why these groups continue to reach out to him for his expert opinion and trust his judgement on ideas that they continue to implement in the luxury homes they build. As an expert in luxury properties in the city’s most prestigious neighborhoods he serves as a Global Luxury specialist. Not only are luxury homes his forte but also his extreme knowledge and experience with bank owned properties. He is well versed with all aspects of short sales, bankruptcies, trust sales, government sponsored entities and defaulted notes. In addition to that he has also represented every major bank, savings & loan, mortgage company, asset management firm, GSE, non-banks and most hard money lenders nationwide- giving him the opportunity to serve thousands of clients.

Establishing the REO & Foreclosure Division for Coldwell Banker in 1991, Philip Boroda built a strong core team of agents and full-time support staff that are fully equipped to assist in the sales transactions from beginning to end. He has offices in Beverly Hills and in Sherman Oaks. The Beverly Hills Office is consistently named the top-producing office in the entire Coldwell Banker system. The Sherman Oaks office is considered to be the top producing office in the San Fernando Valley. Widely recognized for his sales achievements and effective negotiating skills. He has been elected to Coldwell Banker’s Society of Excellence, the Top 1% of ALL agents in the company for over 20 straight years. He is also in the “California 100” representing the top 10 Coldwell Banker agents in the state.
