Here is basically what we do for our Sellers: TYPICAL MARKETING PLAN
- Produce professional photographs of property for color flyers, photo advertisements and editorial inserts.
- Careful walk through with seller to assess all of the important features to create verbiage for publications and the Internet.
- Prepare Color Flyers for mass distribution to Realtors throughout the Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley via Real Estate Express.
- Advertise in Caravan Express with a photo ad promoting a Brokers Luncheon. This increases a most important viewing platform of Brokers.
- Placement of ads in the Hollywood Reporter and Variety
- Placement of details of subject property on the Internet, The MLS, Coldwell Bankers Web page, Listinglink.com, californiamoves.com and other Web Pages as they become available.
- Ads with photos to be placed in "Unique
Homes Magazine", Coldwell Bankers Buyers Guide and
Previews Publication (reserved for homes over $750,000)
- A For Sale sign will be placed on the property, and information will be put in the Multiple Listing Service.
- Strong placement in the Los Angeles times Westside Saturday edition and Saturday and Sunday placement in the Valley edition.
- Advertise and hold Sunday Open House
at seller's convenience.
- Consult with sellers for ideas on additional promotions and advertising.
